Variety of Projects that have been completed or explored by the Edcenter staff.  These include description of projects, summary and conclusions.
 

	Investigation of the Different MIME Types related to  Molecular Biology and Chemistry Visualization Programs

	PDB to VRML Molecular File Converter

Projects currently under exploration:

• Utilizing the NPACI tool Splatter, which is a web-based tool for direct volume rendering of large data sets.  Primarily it is used for medical applications but the data-conversion process might be applicable to the MBCW.
• Creating GUI interfaces involving the merging of VRML and Java. This project is currently being undertaken by Jason Tate.
