NPACI All-Hands Meeting

NPACI Education, Outreach, and Training Thrust (EOT) Tutorial, presented Tuesday, March 18, 2003, at the UCSD Price Center

Kirsten Barber from the ECCSE Team participated in an EOT tutorial along with University of Wisconsin Professor's Mike Litzkow and David Woods on Web-based Educational Tools including:

• the Automated Survey Creation process (ASCP) and the Sociology Workbench (SWB) for online survey creation and analysis of discrete data,
• eTEACH Learning on Demand, a video-based curriculum development tool, and
• Transana, a tool for the transcription and qualitative analysis of audio and video data used primarily for research into teacher education best practices.
