Rationale: I took 32 and divided it by how many seconds per mile. I got 6 and 2/5. Then to simplify you must divide 2.00 by 5 which is 4.

Raionale: There are 5280 feet in one mile. So I divided the feet in a mile by the seconds sound travels in a mile.
